Kingdom Kneelers
Kingdom Kneelers is a Catholic company dedicated to providing beautifully crafted kneeling pads that enhance the experience of praying while kneeling. Its products are designed to bring comfort and spiritual focus to your personal prayer time. Each kneeler focuses on scenes from sacred scripture, ancient tradition, and Christian history. All of the kneelers aim to capture the story of Christendom by using intricate designs that draw the mind to Heaven.
I myself am a Co-Founder and the Director of Design for Kingdom Kneelers. I designed the company’s logo and each of the separate product designs while keeping consistency with the brand’s identity. I also manage the various social media platforms for any @KingdomKneelers accounts. This includes designing social media graphics, consistently posting weekly for the accounts, & taking any product photography.
Logo
The name reflects the mission to provide high-quality kneelers that help individuals draw closer to the Lord during their moments of prayer. With a vision to inspire the next generation of Christians to humble themselves and kneel in submission to Jesus Christ, no matter where they are, the logo conveys a call to worship in the purest form. The inclusion of Psalm 95:6 serves as the mission statement: "Enter, let us bow down in worship; let us kneel before the Lord who made us." This powerful verse underscores the act of kneeling as an expression of reverence and submission. Furthermore, the Sacred Heart, a personal touch, emphasizes the mission of spreading the beauty and truth of the Gospel through these prayer pads.
Product Designs
Rosary Kneeler
Based on the Blessed Mother Mary and how she brought into this world our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ focusing on the mediation of the Rosary. The design includes verse Luke 1:26-28, "In the sixth month, the angel Gabriel was sent from God to a town of Galilee called Nazareth, to a virgin betrothed to a man named Joseph, of the house of David, and the virgin’s name was Mary. And coming to her, he said, “Hail, favored one! The Lord is with you.” The Annunciation from the Archangel Gabriel that Mary would be the Mother of Jesus.
Crusader Kneeler
Based on the legendary Crusaders from the High Middle age Crusades calling to the more masculine aesthetics/appeal of Christianity. The design includes verse Matthew 10:34 “Do not think that I have come to bring peace upon the earth. I have come to bring not peace but the sword.", reminding us to be strong and to defend the faith.
Ram Kneeler
Based on imagery from Genesis, the ram caught in the thicket is a prefigurement of Christ’s own sacrifice for us by taking on the punishment we deserved. The design includes verse John 3:16, "For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him might not perish but might have eternal life." reminding us that Jesus Christ is the ram who took our place.
