Daniel Turek
Daniel Turek is an illustration artist based out of Grand Rapids, Michigan. Daniel’s work is deeply inspired by ancient mythologies, classic stories, and the rich symbolism, especially of his Catholic faith. Daniel enjoys reimagining these timeless narratives through a modern lens, blending traditional and contemporary elements to bring new life to these age-old themes. While his faith is a primary source of inspiration, he is also drawn to and has a love for exploring the vast world of global mythologies and their shared connections.
Daniel loves experimenting with a variety of mediums and styles in his creations. From the texture of oil pastels to the precision of printmaking and the versatility of digital art, he enjoys blending classic techniques with modern tools to create dynamic, multi-layered artwork. Every piece he creates is a journey that combines the past with the present, tradition with innovation, to tell stories that resonate across time and cultures.
